Over this past year, the Fund has continued its long and well-established history of providing our members with excellent legal representation in the face of unprecedented economic challenges. I, along with the Board of Trustees, continue to focus our efforts to ensure that the highest level of legal services can be provided while remaining ever mindful of the importance of keeping the membership rates at a reasonable cost. As the former President of the Modesto Police Officers Association and Police Management Association, I am well aware of the need and benefit of a strong legal defense fund program. Our members continue to enjoy the best legal protection available by the nation’s oldest and largest public safety legal defense plan.

Membership

A large and stable membership base is a cornerstone of our ability to provide unrivaled service. We continue to add to that base. It now totals more than 90,000 members.
