Amendment No. Four to the Plan Document of the Porac Legal Defense Fund

(As amended through April 28, 2014)

Pursuant to Article VII of the Plan Document and to Article VI, Section 3 of the Trust Agreement, the Board of Trustees of the PORAC Legal Defense Fund hereby amends the Plan Document as follows: 

1. The first sentence of Section 5 of Article II (Entitlement to Benefits) is amended by adding the phrase “and that full and timely contributions are paid with respect to the Participant for all periods in which benefits are provided” so that the section as amended reads as follows:
   Notwithstanding subsections (a) through (e) but subject to subsections (f) through (i) of Section 4 of this Article, a Participant shall be entitled to the applicable benefits of subsections (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), and (f) of this section, provided in all cases that the Participant would otherwise be entitled to benefits and that full and timely contributions are paid with respect to the Participant for all periods in which benefits are provided.
2. The effective date of this amendment is December 31, 2014.
   This amendment was adopted by the Board of Trustees on December 29, 2014.
