Amendment No. Two to the Plan Document of the Porac Legal Defense Fund (As Amended Through August 6, 2015)

Pursuant to Article XI of the Trust Agreement and Article VII of the Plan Document, the Board of Trustees amends the Plan Document as follows:

1. Section (r) of the Summary Plan Description is amended by adding “and Restriction on Venue” to the heading of the section and by adding as a final sentence to the section the following: “The court in which any action must be filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California sitting in Sacramento.”
2. The following is added as Section 8 of Article V (Claims Procedure and Contractual Limitations Period):
   8. Restriction on Venue:
   Any action filed by a Participant in connection with the Plan shall be brought only in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California sitting in Sacramento.
3. The effective date of this amendment is September 18, 2015.

   This amendment was adopted by the Board of Trustees at a regular meeting held on September 18, 2015, in Sacramento, California.
